Our Purpose

To better connect listed companies and their shareholders.

We believe strong shareholder engagement creates trust and transparency, leading to shareholder conviction and long-term support.

How Relait Started

How Relait Started

Helping lean ASX-listed companies innovate.

Relait began as an internal project at Veloceo, a technology and AI consultancy founded by Marty and Jason to help executive teams innovate faster.

Working closely with ASX-listed companies, we could see that investor relations was critical, highly scrutinised and increasingly complex, but it relied on low-tech workflows and disconnected systems.

The original question wasn’t “how do we build IR software?”
It was “how could AI meaningfully reduce the burden on lean IR teams without eliminating the necessary human touch?”

That question became Relait.

Market Validation

Market Validation

A scaling journey shaped by our customers’ needs.

What began as an exploration into AI-assisted investor relations workflows has grown into a platform used by ASX-listed companies to manage announcements, shareholder communications, registry insights and investor engagement.

Relait has been shaped in live environments, through actual disclosure cycles and real-world constraints faced by lean IR teams.

The product has evolved through regular conversations with customers. We listen to what creates value, where friction exists, and what simply does not work in practice. That feedback has guided how Relait has been built and how it continues to improve.

Vision

Vision

An AI-powered corporate command centre for listed companies.

Investor relations is just the starting point.

Our broader focus is on how AI can practically support listed companies across core corporate services. From IR and company secretarial, through to board reporting, ESG, compliance, media and public communications.

Over the next five years, how this work gets done will change significantly as AI becomes embedded in everyday workflows.

Our role is to apply AI always in service of the people doing the work, not as a replacement for them.

Our Team

Expertise at the intersection of investor relations, AI and enterprise transformation.
